Which countries does PHARPRO serve?
PHARPRO is based in Amman, Jordan, and serves pharmaceutical clients across the MENA region - including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, and Bahrain - as well as clients in Europe and beyond. Remote project delivery is available for international clients.

Do you sign NDAs before discussing projects?
Yes - PHARPRO is happy to execute a mutual NDA before discussing any project details. Client confidentiality is standard practice for us. Contact us and we will send the NDA template for your review.
Can PHARPRO work on-site or only remotely?
Both. For clients in Jordan and the wider MENA region, on-site engagement is our default. For international clients, we offer structured remote delivery with periodic on-site visits for key project milestones. Many gap assessments and CSV projects are successfully delivered in a hybrid model.

The free assessment is a structured 30–45 minute call where our consultant reviews your current compliance programme, identifies your highest-risk gaps, and recommends a practical prioritised action plan.
